CLIFTON PARK - Some little children have some big hearts.
The Clifton Park Nursery School, also known as the Little Red School House, is selling lemonade and baked goods today to help a local girl.
Hannah Sames suffers from a neurological disorder called giant axonal neuropathy. The Hannah's Hope Fund has been set up to help find a cure.
One hundred percent of the proceeds raised at the nursery school Tuesday will go to that fund.
